Are you feeling overwhelmed by the challenges of pregnancy, postpartum changes, or the weight of past trauma—struggling with anxiety, sadness, overwhelm, or a sense of disconnection from yourself and those around you? Maybe you're caught in the emotional rollercoaster of new motherhood—pulled between love and exhaustion, constantly giving but never feeling replenished. Perhaps past trauma is creeping back in, leaving you on edge, disconnected, or struggling to enjoy moments that should feel joyful. When motherhood and past wounds collide, it can feel like you're losing yourself in the chaos—but you don’t have to stay stuck in survival mode.

I specialize in supporting women through the emotional complexities of pregnancy, postpartum, and the lasting effects of trauma. Whether you're struggling with the identity shifts of motherhood, mourning the person you once were, or working to break free from past pain, you don’t have to navigate it alone. In our work together, you won’t have to filter your thoughts or hide your struggles—I provide a space where the messy, complicated parts of your experience are met with honesty, empathy, and real support.

Counseling is not just about managing challenges; it’s about rediscovering your strength, reclaiming your identity, and learning to thrive.

Our work together will be a space to untangle the emotions, thoughts, and patterns that feel too heavy to continue to hold. Whether you're struggling with self-doubt, anxiety, or grief, I’ll help you make sense of those feelings while equipping you with tools to find balance, resilience, and self-compassion.

In addition to my work with trauma, life transitions, and anxiety, I bring over eight years of experience working with children through restorative practices. This background allows me to support women in understanding and managing the emotional demands of motherhood—especially when navigating complex family dynamics, modeling healthy coping strategies, and fostering deeper connections with their children.

As a bilingual Licensed Professional Counselor-Associate, supervised by Latasha Teamer, MS, LPC-S, LMFT-S, I offer therapy in both English and Spanish, ensuring language is never a barrier to receiving the care you deserve. You don’t have to carry this burden by yourself—I’m here to support you as you rebuild, heal, and reconnect with the person you have always wanted to be.
