Counseling for Military Families
Frequent relocations, deployments, inconsistent schedules, and concerns for safety are only a few of the challenges you face as a military family. You celebrate when deployments are shorter than the last duty call, but your heart still breaks from having to separate again.
You love being a military family, but it’s hard. Your entire family serves and sacrifices, even if you didn’t personally enlist.
You wrestle with feeling overwhelmed, ill-equipped and burdened by new responsibilities that fall on your plate when duty calls, while managing the stressors civilians face in everyday life. You try to hold it all together, because your country and your family need you. You just wish it didn’t have to come at the expense of time spent with family.
Our team at HOPE, recognizes and respects the service and sacrifice of our military service members and their families. We understand the practical needs of military families, as many of our clinicians are serving or have served in a similar capacity.
Your lives as military families are very different from mainstream America, and the difficulties faced are amplified by military culture. We honor your service and walk alongside you by providing specialized care for your unique circumstances.
