Are you feeling disconnected, struggling to communicate, or burdened by unresolved and constant conflicts in your life?

When trauma—whether from past experiences or current struggles—enters your life, it can fracture even the most meaningful connections. The emotional toll of constant arguments, silent treatments, or feeling unheard can lead to a sense of hopelessness and begin to impact the way you show up for yourself and others. You feel isolated, anxious, unseen, and overwhelmed, trapped in a cycle of pain, self-sabotage, and constant misunderstanding. You find yourself feeling stuck in a cycle of frustration and sadness, unsure of how to bridge the growing gaps.

As a triple board certified professional who understands the profound pain of strained relationships and the lasting emotional impact of unresolved trauma, I am here to help you find healing, renewal, and lasting connection. There’s an imperfection in human relationships and personal connection that I am trained to help you navigate without fear, mind numbing doubt, and a tragic loss of self.

With over a decade of experience, I specialize in guiding individuals, couples, and families through the complexities of relationships and trauma processing. I believe that healing from trauma and restoring relationships begin with nurturing a compassionate relationship with yourself. By helping you explore your preferences, enhance your inner wisdom, develop self-awareness, build resilience, and cultivate self-compassion, I empower you to approach life from a place of confidence and authenticity.

I work with you to navigate the complexities of interpersonal relationships affected by trauma. Whether you're working on a romantic relationship, navigating friendships, strengthening parent-child bonds, or learning how to love yourself more completely, I provide a supportive space to address the unique dynamics of each connection and personal experience. Understanding that trauma can leave deep emotional scars, I focus on fostering open communication, setting healthy boundaries, and resolving conflicts constructively, ensuring that all your relationships are built on trust, understanding, and mutual respect. By addressing the root causes of relationship challenges, I help you break free from patterns of pain and move towards healing and growth. Whether you’re dealing with the aftermath of trauma or seeking to strengthen your relationships, I am here to help you take the first step toward recovery and connection—because healing your past is essential to creating a future of thriving relationships.

In addition to my expertise in all thing’s trauma and relationship recovery, I specialize in child and play therapy. I help your child work through big emotions and troubling behaviors, develop proper social skills for their environments, decrease acting out and impulsivity, and increase their ability to follow directions the first time they’re given. I work with you by sharing parenting tips and tools that you can use to ensure your child’s success outside of sessions, because I want the world to see the amazing things that I discover about your child when I’m working with them. Should your child begin to show concerns in the academic setting, I can help with that too. As a certified General Education Teacher, I have firsthand knowledge about the school system and use proven skills to guarantee your child’s academic as well emotional success.

As HOPE’s lead Christian counselor, I am also equipped to incorporate faith and spirituality into sessions, should that be your preference.
